Hey everyone. It’s been a busy Summer at RAF. This photo was taken about a year ago and RAF has grown a ton since then. Wanted to bring you up to speed on the now.
Our trainer roster has grown with a handful of new talented people this summer. New bootcamp classes have been added, and we are involved in our first mobile bootcamp. We are being sponsored by Iron Fist Athletic and Muscle Pharm and we’ve been getting our girls ready for Figure competing later this year.
We are also excited to announce the near completion of our official website WWW.RISEABOVEFITNESSOC.COM. The website will be up very soon! And of course all the new faces around the gym. Keep up the hard work, and thanks for all the support!
